Nancy (Crocker) Barclay George McLean Remebered March 24, 2007

To Rick and Patricia,

I am very sorry for your loss. It was thoughtful that you had the obituary published in the Toronto paper; I am sure there are many friends and neighbours who remember your dad.  I remember him well from when we were neighbours at 201 Bingham Avenue in Toronto.

Patricia, you probably do not remember me, but you and I were constant playmates, at Adam Beck school together(I have our kindergarten picture!), and I have pictures of you with your dad swimming at our cottage. I was devastated when you moved to California. My brother Bob and I knew you and your older brother best because our ages were similar. My mom and dad (Bill and Vera) spent many happy times with your folks and exchanged cards and letters for many years until they lost touch through moving.

If you would like to contact me, I am sending you my email address.

In closing, please accept my sincere condolences. I hope your many happy memories of times with your father and his wonderful legacy (family, friends, and professional accomplishments) will help you through this difficult time.

Sincerely,

Nancy (Crocker) Barclay
